Kase Mana (嘉瀬茉奈?) is a secondary character in the D4DJ franchise, as well as a member of the groups Scarlet Canary and Call of Artemis.
Profile[]
Formerly a talented DJ with Scarlet Canary, she has been active overseas, but returned to Japan with the revival of D4FES. She has the appearance of a refined older lady, but she has the temperament of an Edokko, a person with a good temperament who hates to hide things from others. She is well-liked and is like a "younger big sister" to the members of Call of Artemis.
Appearance[]
Mana has long strawberry blonde hair, usually depicted in a high ponytail and bangs. Her eyes are a dark purple, fading into a light violet. She has a pale complexion with decently pink cheeks, and is a fairly average height despite falling on the taller end of the cast.
Background[]
Eight years prior to the events of the main story, Mana formed a DJ unit comprised of Airi, Shano, Toka, and herself. They were incredibly popular; however, creative differences arose among them which resulted in the unit's disbandment. Out of this split came Scarlet Canary, which continued work as an underground on-campus unit.[1]
Personality[]
Mana has a very outgoing and cheerful personality and enjoys teasing her groupmates, especially Shano and Airi.
Etymology[]
Kase (嘉瀬) can be split into two parts. Ka (嘉), meaning praise or esteem, and Se (瀬) meaning rapids or shallows.
Mana (茉奈) can be split into two parts. Ma (茉), meaning jasmine, and Na (奈) meaning nara.
