Tsumugi Risa (紡木(つむぎ)吏佐(りさ), Tsumugi Risa^?) is a voice actress from Okinawa, Japan. She is the DJ of Photon Maiden and voices Izumo Saki. She is currently affiliated with mitt management.

Biography

Risa was born in Yokohama, Kanagawa, and soon afterwards she moved with her family to Okinawa. She attended an international school through third grade, and as a result she is quite skilled in English. Due to being raised in Okinawa, she is also proficient in speaking in the Okinawan dialect.

Risa was inspired to become a voice actress after hearing Hirano Aya's voice acting. This led her to learn more about anime voice acting and not long after that, she began doing voice impressions for her friends. The praise she earned for her impressions reaffirmed her passion for acting.

After graduating from college, in 2017 she became affiliated with HiBiKi through their rookie scouting.

On October 19, 2022, Risa announced her marriage to composer Honda Yuki of Arte Refact. However in less than one year the two decided to go on their seperate ways.

On October 30, 2023, Risa left HiBiKi after the contract between her and the agency expired.

On October 1, 2024, Risa announced that she will be affiliated with mitt management.

Risa is described as a jovial and boisterous person, and in every seiyuu event she is smiling, laughing, and cracking jokes, some of which can be raunchy. She also has a tendency to flirt and act playful with her fellow cast members and is often seen casually touching them.
